Why we do this

Repair is the quietest form of sustainability

Every repaired leash is one that doesn't get produced, shipped, and eventually thrown away. It costs us time and earns us nothing — except that it's exactly what "sustainable" is supposed to mean.

Your gear was handmade by Ibu Reifa, Nadia, Ibu Widiani and Tina. When it comes back for repair, it usually lands on the same table it was born on.

Fair questions

What does a repair cost?

Small patches and stitches are free — even when the damage came from your own dog. Broken zippers and hardware (dog-caused, or after the warranty period) carry a small fee. Bigger repairs are quoted honestly before we start; larger repairs and custom orders are pre-paid.

What about warranty?

Every Kali product comes with a 6-month warranty — if it fails on its own, we replace it. Repairs are separate from warranty claims and cover damage from everyday (dog) life.

Can you make custom orders?

Yes — talk to us about custom sizing, colors or one-off pieces. Custom orders are quoted and paid upfront before we start.

I'm in Europe — how does this work?

Send us a photo via the contact form or WhatsApp. Small fixes ship back at your cost; for anything bigger we'll quote shipping both ways before you commit.
